I completed the official Bikram yoga training in 2012, subsequently training further in various styles, and mat Pilates training (with Core +) in 2016. I feel my best when I move my body, whether it’s walking, dancing, or practicing yoga and Pilates. All things that can be done solo but the fabulous thing about having Hot House is that I can practice and teach yoga and Pilates alongside an awesome bunch of people.
